Description
RN - Telemetry
**Schedule:**
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 1845-0715
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirements: Yes unless requested in RTO
**Assignment Details:**
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
**Requirements:**
- License: RN
- Certifications: BLS & ACLS
- Experience: 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
- EMR: Experience with Altera Sunrise (not required)
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding patient care and progress.
