Description

Requirements:

  • 1+ years minimum of current Hospice Case Management experience - [REQUIRED]
  • Active Washington or Compact license - [REQUIRED]
  • Active American Health Association BLS - [REQUIRED]
  • Acute/Med Surg experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
EMR: WellSky Consolo. No Oasis, just HOPE Dress code: Scrubs of any color, no artificial nails, closed-toe shoes, hair up as applicable
