Requirements:
- 1+ years minimum of current Hospice Case Management experience - [REQUIRED]
- Active Washington or Compact license - [REQUIRED]
- Active American Health Association BLS - [REQUIRED]
- Acute/Med Surg experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
