SNF PT Opportunity – Clermont, FL
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility travel assignment in Clermont, Florida.
This is a full-time rehabilitation opportunity working primarily with adult and geriatric patients. You'll help patients regain strength, balance, mobility, safety, and functional independence following hospitalization, surgery, illness, or injury.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Florida PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong evaluation and treatment skills
- Comfortable treating adult and geriatric patients
- SNF or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
What You'll Do
- Complete PT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide gait and balance training
- Address strength, endurance, transfers, mobility, and functional limitations
- Provide therapeutic exercise and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Provide fall-prevention and safety education
- Collaborate with PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team
- Assist with discharge planning and recommendations
- Complete timely clinical documentation
