at least 5 years / 60 mos of Interim leadership/progressive leadership experience in hospital / clinical environment [required]
EPIC experience [highly preferred]
Proficient Microsoft tools
MSN / Master of Science in Nursing degree and / or Master's degree in one of the following; nursing, healthcare administration, business or related field [required]
experience overseeing/supervising large employer base of FTE, PRN and Temp Contractors [required] ---- (200 employees at a minimum)
Large healthcare system spanning multiple hospitals, or, large hospital experience; 600+ bed size [required]
experience with finance system, Stratus [preferred]
