Travel ER RN – Salinas, CA
We’re hiring an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Salinas, California.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 36 or 48 hours/week available
Level II Trauma / Teaching Hospital
Weekly Pay:
48 hrs/week – $3,766 weekly
- $1,925 non-taxable
- $1,841 taxable
36 hrs/week – $2,910 weekly
- $1,925 non-taxable
- $985 taxable
Requirements:
- Active California RN License
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience
- BLS – AHA
- ACLS – AHA
- PALS – AHA
- TNCC
- NIHSS
ER Unit:
- 19-bed Emergency Department
- Approximately 170 patients/day
- High-acuity environment
- Typical RN ratio 1:4
- Charge RN and break nurses available without patient assignments
- Travelers are not assigned trauma patients
- Charting: MEDITECH
- Every other weekend required
- First-time travelers are welcome
