Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Oakland, CA
Location: Oakland, CA 94621
Duration : 13-Week Contract
Pay: $70/hr
Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday | 40 hrs/week
Mileage: $0.655/mile + Parking & Toll Reimbursement
Requirements
- Active California PT License
- Minimum 1 year Home Health experience
- Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants
Responsibilities
- Prioritize Start of Care visits
- Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours
- Report Start of Care visits by the next day
- Maintain timely communication with supervisors and office staff
- Be responsive during normal business hours
Training: 3 full days (1 in-house + 2 in the field)
