HIGHLIGHTS:

• Previous travel highly preferred - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs
• any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• Start time: 530p
• Weekends: Up to every other weekend
• Holidays: Holiday rotation, as needed
• Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - within a 60 mile radius
• Required certifications: WI RN License & AHA BLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 3+ years experience as an RN REQUIRED
• Travel experience - highly preferred
• Charting Experience: EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED
• Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
• Scrub Colors: Black

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Patient Ratio:
  *Days 1:4-5; Nights 1:4-6 (current)
  *Days & Nights 1:5-6 (with new staffing model- team with CNA/LPN)
• 8hr unbillable orientation
• Billing: Sunday - Saturday
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate
• HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: Holiday rotation, as needed
