HIGHLIGHTS:

Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?):BLS
Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois. Current American Heart Association HealthCare
Experience or 'Must have' skills: At least 3 years of OR nursing experience
Is there a Charge Nurse &/or House Supervisor on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? Charge RN 24/7, they do not take a patient assignment but can help in a room when needed
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 8Hr shifts with various start times - 0645, 1045, 1445
Weeknight/Call Requirements: Call - approximately once per week
Weekend/Call Requirements: Call - every 3rd to 4th weekend
Holiday/Call Requirements Call
Floating Requirements: None
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs are provided. Casual professional dress to enter/leave the facility
Unit/Department specific orientation: 1 week
Required Certifications: BLS (AHA)

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles
Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift
Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation
