Job Description:

Position: CT Technologist

Location: Staten Island, New York

Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• 11:00pm-7:00am
• Night shifts
• Every other weekend required
• 37.5 hours per week

Travel Pay Package:

• $3,819 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

Overview:

• Perform CT imaging procedures on emergency, inpatient, and outpatient populations
• Obtain patient histories and explain imaging procedures
• Produce high-quality diagnostic CT images for physician interpretation
• Follow established imaging and safety protocols
• Work with GE imaging equipment
• Assist in both CT and X-Ray as needed
• Support a busy acute care environment within a large teaching hospital system

Requirements:

• New York State DOH Radiologic Technologist License with Injection required
• IV Certification required
• ARRT R.T. (R)(CT) required or ARRT R.T. (R) with NMTCB (CT)
• BLS required
• Minimum 1 year CT experience required
• 2+ years of experience strongly preferred
• Must be willing to perform X-Ray duties as needed
