- Schedule: Days; Wed 3:30 PM–7:30 PM, Thurs–Sun 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Weekend/Call: Weekend and call coverage required
- Experience: X-Ray & CT experience required
- Required: Current, unrestricted Colorado certification, ARRT with CT certification, BLS
- Equipment: Canon Lightning CT
- EMR: Meditech
- Facility: Rural Critical Access Hospital
- Local Rule: Must live at least 65 miles from the facility; locals not accepted
