Experience: 1 year required
Travel: At least 1 completed travel contract required
Required: RT(R)(CT), Iowa Permit to Practice, state license
Required Skills: CT + X-ray, Siemens Edge equipment
EMR: Epic experience required
Local Rule: Taxable address must be 50+ miles from facility
Local Exception: Madison accepts locals at a rate reduction
Prior Employment: Cannot have been a UnityPoint employee within the last 12 months
Call: None
Weekend: None
Float: May float within the same discipline across local campuses
NBO: 16 hours
Submission: Driver’s license, resume/work history, skills checklist completed within 1 year, license verification, certifications, and 1 supervisory reference required
Trauma Centers: Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf & Fort Dodge Level III; Moline Level II; Muscatine Level IV; Rock Island Level I
