Must-Have Requirements
- Active California RN License
- Minimum 2 years L&D experience – Required
- BLS – AHA
- ACLS – AHA
- NRP – Required
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification or equivalent – Required
- Recent/current L&D experience
- Must be comfortable caring for high-risk OB patients
Minimum 2 years L&D experience
Active CA RN license
BLS + ACLS from AHA
NRP
AWHONN Fetal Monitoring/FHM certification or equivalent
3–4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule
Specialty competency testing
Medication test on first day
3–4 shifts of unit orientation with a clinical preceptor
This is a strict L&D RN position. A candidate without recent L&D experience, NRP, or fetal monitoring certification/equivalent would not meet the stated requirements.
