SNF COTA Opportunity – Metropolis, IL
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel SNF assignment in Metropolis, Illinois.
This is a great opportunity for a COTA who enjoys working with an adult and geriatric rehabilitation population, helping patients improve their ability to safely and independently perform everyday activities.

What You'll Do
Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you'll assist patients with:
- ADLs and self-care retraining
- Upper-extremity strengthening and ROM
- Functional mobility and transfers
- Balance, coordination and endurance
- Adaptive equipment and compensatory techniques
- Cognitive and safety interventions as appropriate
- Patient and caregiver education
- Progress toward individualized OT goals
- Documentation and communication with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Illinois COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS
- SNF/geriatric rehab experience preferred
