Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel contract with CenterWell Home Health in Griffin, Georgia.

This is an excellent match for a PT with established Home Health experience who enjoys the autonomy of managing a territory while providing individualized, one-on-one care in patients' homes.
