🏥 Unit & Clinical Responsibilities

As an IMC RN, you will be responsible for:

• Performing comprehensive nursing assessments and continuously evaluating patient health status
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans
• Providing direct patient care, therapy, and treatments within RN scope of practice
• Monitoring and reassessing patient conditions and treatment plans
• Executing delegated medical functions in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
• Providing patient education, health teaching, and counseling
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to support safe and effective patient outcomes
• Referring patients for additional evaluation or treatment when clinically appropriate
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Utilizing available resources appropriately to support patient care
• Providing care in accordance with state nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements

🩺 What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of Registered Nursing experience
• Previous RN experience is preferred
• Experience in an Intermediate Care, Step-Down, Progressive Care, or similar higher-acuity setting is a strong fit
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable working night shifts and rotating weekends
• Must be able to provide safe patient care within your demonstrated scope of competency

📋 Required Credentials

• Active RN license — Single-State or Compact license accepted
• BLS – American Heart Association
• ACLS – American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• ASN from an accredited nursing program
• English proficiency – speaking, reading, and writing

Preferred:

• TNCC
• BSN

🌙 Schedule Details

• Night Shift
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 3 × 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours/week
• Rotating weekends
• On-call requirements may be discussed during the interview
• Potential to float to other departments within your demonstrated competency and qualifications, based on operational needs
• A regularly scheduled shift may occasionally include an on-call requirement
