Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care / Stepdown / Radiation Oncology (IMC/PCU/Stepdown RN)

Location: Cancer Centers of Colorado - Lutheran Hospital Radiation, Golden, Colorado (400 Indiana St)

Compensation & Schedule Details
- Hours & Shift: Night shift (36 hours per week).
- Contract Length: Travel contract (Target Start Date: October 5, 2026).
- Call Requirements: May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

- Floating Mandate: May be required to float to other departments based on business need, operating strictly within scope of competency and qualifications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior nursing experience preferred.
- Licensure: Active Colorado (CO) Registered Nurse license or compact state license in hand.
- Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH required (TNCC preferred).
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
