We are seeking an experienced CV/Thoracic PCU RN to provide quality care to patients with cardiac, vascular, and thoracic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity cardiovascular and thoracic patients.
• Perform assessments and monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and oxygen levels.
• Monitor telemetry strips and recognize changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
• Manage post-operative patients and assist with drains, wound care, and other nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control and patient safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous PCU, cardiovascular, or thoracic nursing experience preferred.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
