We are seeking an experienced PCU RN to provide quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and intermediate-level care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to PCU patients with acute and complex conditions.
• Perform assessments and monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and oxygen levels.
• Monitor telemetry strips and promptly report changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control and patient safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous PCU/step-down nursing experience preferred.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
