Description
ICU RN — Exeter Hospital
Exeter Hospital is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment on a 10-bed ICU. This position offers 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, with every third weekend required.
The ICU cares for critically ill adult patients with conditions including medical emergencies, respiratory failure, sepsis, post-surgical needs, and acute stroke. The unit also provides stabilization and care for some pediatric patients when necessary, with transfers to larger pediatric centers when a higher level of care is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Must have successfully completed at least one travel assignment; multiple travel assignments preferred
- AHA BLS and ACLS required
- Must be comfortable caring for a broad range of critically ill patients
- BILH coversheet required at submission
- Previous BILH employees must be separated from the system for at least 6 months to be considered
Assignment details:
- 13-week contract
- 12-hour nights: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Every third weekend required
- 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
- Guaranteed hours do not include on-call hours worked
- No floating required
- 10-bed ICU
