Travel Contract – RN Case Manager
📍 Morristown, NJ
🏥 Morristown Medical Center – 100 Madison Avenue
📅 Start Date: 10/19/2026
📅 End Date: 01/16/2027
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
🕐 Hours: 37.5 hours/week
👩⚕️ Openings: 3
Position: RN Case Manager
Requirements:
- BSN required
- Active RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient hospital discharge planning experience
- Inpatient Case Management experience required
- Case Management / Managed Care experience
- Acute Care experience required
- Experience with discharge planning and placement in rehabilitation facilities
- Experience with subacute patients required
- CCMC preferred
Schedule Notes:
- Rotating weekends: Every 4th or 5th weekend
- One summer holiday and one winter holiday
- Hospital experience required
