Description

POSITION: Nuclear Medicine & CT Tech 
**HARD STOP   Must hold both a Nuclear Medicine and CT credential.

REQUIRED LICENSE AND CREDENTIALS/CERTIFICATIONS

 Pending License Accepted: Yes, may submit with a pending NJ license

 Required Certification: BLS

 Required Credentials (NMT & CT):
   - NMT: ARRT(N) or CNMT
*plus*
   - CT: ARRT(CT), NMTCB(CT), or R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)
*or*
   - R.T.(N)(CT)(ARRT), which satisfies both the Nuclear Medicine and CT requirements

 


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLINICAL SKILLS

 Experience Required: Minimum 2 years; Nuclear cardiology experience required

 Pulmonary: Lung Scan: Perfusion; Ventilation/Perfusion

 Myocardial: Exercise/Rest-Multiple; Exercise/Rest-Single; Pharmacological Stress

 Bone/Renal: Bone Scan: 3 Phase; Limited; Whole Body; Renal Flow: Captopril

 GI/Thyroid/Liver: Gastric Emptying; I-123 Uptake Scan; Uptake Scan; Liver Imaging

 Additional: SPECT (Bone, Thyroid, Cardiac Imaging)


SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

 Charting: EPIC

 Weekend Requirement: None

 On Call Requirement: None

 RTO, Block & Scheduling Requests: Priority given to submits with a screenshot confirming RTO and schedule requests. No requests will be approved after offer.

 Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

 Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
