🔴 MUST-HAVE
- 2+ years Level III NICU experience — very important.
- BLS + NRP/NALS + STABLE certifications.
- Current valid RN license with NO license hits.
- DL or State-issued ID attached with the submission.
- Address >75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible.
- Matching address proof in the traveler’s name, dated within the last 3 months:
- Cell phone bill
- Electric/gas/water/sewer/Wi-Fi bill
- Mortgage statement
- Lease agreement
- 2 supervisory references must be included.
- Candidate must accept floating, including to other Integris facilities if needed.
- No more than 5 days RTO for the 13-week contract.
- No holiday RTO.
