Description
Contract Hospice RN – Montana
- 8-week contract assignment
- Start: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- On-call & weekend rotation required
- Experience: 2+ years recent acute care, home care, or hospice experience
- Required: Active Montana RN License
- Clinical skills: Wound care, catheterization, venipuncture and/or parenteral therapy
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience strongly preferred
- Role: Hospice RN Case Manager / Visiting RN
- Patient care: In-home hospice visits, symptom management, care coordination & patient/family education
- Holiday coverage required
