Role: RN Labor and Delivery
Location: Akron, OH
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Pay: 2700$/Week

Job Description

ACLS/BLS, PALS, NRP, EFM, & STABLE Certs required. Must be willing to float. RTO due at the time of submission. Only allowing 4 days max of RTO. Candidates will automatically be rejected if they have more than 4 days requested. Not allowing RTO the first two weeks of the assignment. We will not be accepting any block scheduling requests. Must have 2+ years of L&D experience to be considered. Epic and phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months is required. This needs to be listed on the resume. RNs must have an accredited nursing degree through the ACEN or CCNE to be considered.

This is a 17-bed for L&D with tubs and 10 perinatal beds. The travelers will be floating between L&D and Perinatal. Ratios for the L&D are 1:1/2. Ratios for perinatal is 1:3 on average but can go up to 4 depending on acuity.

Must have NRP, ACLS, BLS, EFM, PALS, and STBALE certs. L&D RNs are required to do neonatal workups for sepsis, give neonatal IV antibiotics, and neonatal medications. Epic & Phlebotomy experience required within the last 12 months.
