Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule: Full-time
Call requirements: 5 weekday call shifts per 4-week schedule, plus 2 full weekends per 4-week schedule

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
CVOR (1 year of experience)
CVOR experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Nursys verification
Current license and primary source verification
At least two professional references
