Radiologic Technologist | Cardiac Cath Lab Tech / RCIS

Assignment Details:

Department: Invasive Cardio Lab
Location: 45 Reade Place, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601
Contract Dates: September 28, 2026 – December 26, 2026
Assignment Type: Contract
Shift: Day
Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Shift Length: 12 hours
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed
Meal Break: 30 minutes unpaid
On-Call: Yes — preferred but optional

Position Overview:

Vassar Brothers Medical Center is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) / Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist / RCIS to support the Cardiac Catheterization and EP Labs. The ideal candidate will have strong procedural experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced cardiovascular environment.

Required Qualifications:

ARRT (R) OR RCIS
New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) Radiologic Technologist license
Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab and/or EP Lab experience
BLS certification
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and Cath Lab workflows
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment

Preferred Qualification:

ACLS certification
