Required Experience

Minimum 1.5 years of recent ER experience – HARD STOP
Facility prefers 2 years of ER experience
If candidate has exactly 1.5 years, they must have at least 1 year continuously at one facility
Per-diem-only experience does not satisfy this requirement
Stroke experience – HARD STOP
Prior travel experience required; candidates with strong overall experience may be screened
First-time travelers are generally not accepted, though strong candidates may be reviewed
Epic experience is highly preferred; candidates without Epic must be clearly identified
Limited pediatric experience is acceptable
