Schedule Notes:

Clinical Therapist II at East Mountain Youth Lodge at Carrier Clinic (an adolescent residential program) Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, adjustments can be flexible for the resident-care needs 5 x 8 

No Weekend Requirement 

No Holiday Requirement 

No On-Call Requirement 

No Floating outside of East Mountain Youth Lodge. 

Cases will be on the residential units. Must have a valid driver's license

Required Certifications & Licensure:
One of the following is required.
-NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
-NJ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
-NJ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
-NJ Licensed Psychologist with one of the following:
-Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)

-Minimum of two years of experience providing direct clinical services to youth and young adults with cooccurring behavioral health and substance use treatment needs

-BLS
-Valid Driver's License from a USA State.

Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-National Association of Social Workers Supervisor Cert.

1. Master's degree in social work or counseling
2. Minimum of 4 years of post MSW and/or Masters of Counseling experience.
3. Proficiency with policy review and program planning.
4. Demonstrates leadership abilities.
5. Trained in individual and group psychotherapy techniques.
6. Knowledge of psychopathology and differential diagnosis and treatment techniques.
