RN – Oncology / Practice Nurse | Travel Contract
Location: New Haven, CT
Start: 10/09/2026 | Duration: 13 Weeks | 1 Position
Schedule: Days | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | 4×10s
No Weekends | Guaranteed Hours
Requirements: 2+ years Oncology RN experience | Ambulatory/Practice Nurse & Phone Triage experience REQUIRED | ONS/ONCC required | BLS | Epic | Travel experience required | Active CT RN license before start | First-time travelers not accepted
Role: Outpatient oncology practice nurse — telephone triage, in-basket management, assisting providers with clinic visits, new/return patient visits, pre-/post-op care, and oncology patient follow-up. NO INFUSION at this clinic.
Patient Population: Adult & geriatric oncology patients | Medical & surgical oncology | Neuro, GI, GU, Endocrine, Melanoma, Liver, Pain/Palliative, Sarcoma, Head & Neck, and Neuro Spine.
Additional: May float between specialties | Royal Blue scrubs | Epic | RTO >7 days requires approval | Locals within 75 miles not accepted | 1 reference required.
