Description

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Epic experience – Required.
Current BLS or CPR certification from an approved provider.
Valid driver's license.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Current automobile insurance.
Reliable personal vehicle/automobile required.
Ability to travel to patient homes as required.

Preferred Qualifications

BSN preferred.
Previous home health experience preferred.
Acute care facility experience preferred.
Experience managing a patient caseload in a home health setting is beneficial.

Compensation & Additional Information

Mileage reimbursement: Paid separately in addition to the bill rate.
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract: 13 weeks
