Description

Local Policy: Facility will not accept candidates within 100 miles
• Fingerprinting: Required during compliance
• Skills Checklist: Current within 1 year
• References: 2 supervisory references from within the last 2 years
• Trauma: Level IV
• Facility: 49-bed hospital

Shift: Evenings, Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM • Hours: 40 hours guaranteed/week • Experience: 2+ years CT experience required • X-Ray: Must be able to perform X-Ray • Certifications: ARRT and AHA BLS required • Skills: CT, IV/contrast administration, venipuncture, sterile technique and patient monitoring • Equipment: Toshiba CT experience preferred • Charting: Epic Local Policy: Facility will not accept candidates within 100 miles • Fingerprinting: Required during compliance • Skills Checklist: Current within 1 year • References: 2 supervisory references from within the last 2 years • Trauma: Level IV • Facility: 49-bed hospital
