Description

Shift: Nights, 7 on/7 off — Wednesday–Tuesday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Experience: 1 year inpatient/acute care pharmacy experience required
• Travel Experience: Not required; first-time travelers accepted
• Certifications: RPh required; IV Certification and Chemo/Hazardous Drug required per job overview
• PharmD: Preferred
• Skills: IV preparation, antibiotics, compounding, IVPB, sterile technique, dosing, anticoagulation, cardiac/clinical/geriatric/pediatric/renal dosing and therapeutic medication monitoring
• Systems: Medication dispensing systems; Carousel and Pyxis preferred
• Patient Population: Neonates through geriatrics
• Weekend: Every other weekend
• Block Schedule: No
• RTO: Maximum 5 days; must be submitted upfront
• EMR: Epic preferred
