Your next travel assignment could be in PARADISE! 🌴 Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) opportunity in beautiful Hilo, Hawaii! Enjoy a rewarding PT assignment while experiencing tropical rainforests, waterfalls, volcanic landscapes, and everything the Big Island has to offer.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a SNF setting.
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
- Assist patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
- SNF/LTC experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
