Special Education Teacher – Ramsey, MN
Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff!
PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to work with students with Developmental and Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) in the Ramsey, MN area for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details
- Pay: $42.50–$50 per hour
- Dates: ASAP – June 10, 2027
- Schedule: Full Time
- Setting: Elementary School
- Position: Onsite
- Population: Students with Developmental and Cognitive Disabilities (DCD)
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher License required
- Must hold a Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
- Experience working with students with developmental and cognitive disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized instruction based on student needs and IEP goals
- Modify and adapt lessons and curriculum as appropriate
- Develop and implement IEPs and participate in IEP meetings
- Create a structured and supportive classroom environment
- Establish clear expectations and utilize positive behavior supports
- Assist with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other members of the educational team
