RN – ICU
Job Code: RN - ICU (F02426)
Location: Jackson, Michigan
Job Summary
- Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
- Use the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient/family care and teaching.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in identifying and implementing solutions when patient goals are not met.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous ICU experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Current Michigan RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- AHA certifications required
- Strong clinical knowledge, analytical ability, communication, and professional nursing skills.
Preferred
- BSN
- Previous experience in a Trauma Level II facility.
- 7 PM – 7 AM
- Weekend and holiday availability required
