• License: Ohio RN or Compact license

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent/continuous experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• EMR: Epic preferred
• Travel Experience: Not required
• License: Valid state license required
• Vaccination: COVID and Flu required; medical/religious exemptions accepted

Job Description / Duties / Responsibilities

• Must be willing to float to all 3 Avita campuses as needed:
  • Ontario
  • Bucyrus
  • Galion
• If placed on call, traveler must arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when called in.
• Smoke-free facility and campus.

Submission / Compliance Requirements

• RTO: Any requested time off must be included with submission.
• No time off accepted for major holidays.
• Two recent supervisory references required and should be placed directly after the work history section.
