Registered Nurse – Telemetry
Schedule
12H Rotating (Day/Night)
Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly
Contract Weeks: 8
Requirements
Must have a valid nursing license
ACLS and BLS certifications required
2+ years of Telemetry experience required
EPIC experience required
Strong telemetry experience needed as the position involves floating between multiple units
Responsibilities
Provide patient care and monitor telemetry patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families regarding care and health management
Document patient assessments and care in EMR systems
