Description

Position Details

Self-contained SPED classroom
Elementary student population
Assist students with academic and behavioral development
Implement appropriate academic and behavioral interventions
Collaborate with school staff and other providers
Maintain an organized communication system with the care team

Preferred Experience

Educational life skills teaching
Low-incidence student populations
Behavior planning
Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

✅ Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement required at submission
✅ Professional EDU resume required
✅ CPS fingerprinting and CANTS checks required
⏳ Clearance may take up to 3 weeks
⚠️ Candidates cannot start while clearance results are pending
