Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Team Lead – Ohio State University Hospital
Columbus, OH

Start: 11/02/2026

Shift: Mid, Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm

Requirements:

4+ years of sterile processing experience
Previous leadership/lead experience required
HSPA (IAHCSMM) or CBSPD certification required
Level I Trauma experience required
Drills, scopes, Da Vinci and Censitrac experience required
Travel experience not required; first-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities include leading daily sterile processing operations, instrument decontamination, sterilization, assembly, packaging and distribution, quality control, and mentoring staff.

Call required and floating between OSU locations may be required. Candidates must be outside a 50-mile radius. RTO must be provided at submission.
