Description
RN- Med-Surg
Facility: Trauma Level II acute-care hospital
Unit: 30-bed Med-Surg
Contract: 13 weeks (91 days)
Shift: 12-hour days
Hours: 36 guaranteed hours/week
Shift time: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Weekend: Every other weekend — 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Floating: First to float; may float to Tele or between Med-Surg floors
BSN: Not required
License: Must have license to submit
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Med-Surg experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- BLS required
- COVID vaccination required
- Must be comfortable reading/interpreting telemetry
- Dysrhythmia exam required
- Team-player attitude expected
