Requirements:
-BLS Certification (required)
-ACLS Certification (required)
-RN state License for CA
-2 years of experience as a Case Manager.
Skills: Care coordination, patient assessment, discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, and documentation
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Medlivo Job ID #KAISJP00256142. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
