Local Rate: $62 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Deliver targeted interventions and health education
• Perform case management to coordinate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Support trauma-informed, recovery-focused care in crisis environments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license (eNLC-recognized or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric or mental health settings
• Demonstrated ability to perform assessments, care planning, and medication administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support trauma-sensitive and person-centered care approaches

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in crisis intervention or behavioral health environments
• Additional certifications related to mental health or trauma-informed care

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Associate degree with relevant experience acceptable

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work a rotating 36/48 schedule
• Availability to work on specified dates, with no RTO permitted during holiday periods listed
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions
