SNF PT Opportunity – Orlando, FL
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Orlando, Florida.
This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with an adult and geriatric population, helping patients regain strength, mobility, balance, and independence following hospitalization, illness, injury, or surgery.
Position Highlights
- Skilled Nursing / Rehab setting

- Short-term rehabilitation and longer-term skilled needs
- PT evaluations and individualized plans of care
- Gait, balance, and transfer training
- Strengthening and therapeutic exercise
- Fall prevention and functional mobility

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- SNF/geriatric experience preferred
- Strong evaluation, documentation, and communication skills
