Shifts: 

2nd shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Rotating schedule; days may change every 2 weeks.

Must be available 7 days per week.

Every other weekend: Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.

Must work 2 holidays per year.

Shift differential: $2.50/hour.

Job details:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.

Active state pharmacy license required.

Review, verify, dispense, and monitor prescription medications for safety and appropriateness.

Counsel patients on medication dosage, usage, side effects, drug interactions, and storage.

Monitor medication compliance, overuse, and drug-related problems; communicate concerns to healthcare providers.

Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy documentation.

Prepare and compound medications, including sterile solutions, following proper procedures.

Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians.

Supervise pharmacy support staff and provide patient education on medications and medical devices.
