Description
ICU RN – Enumclaw, WA
Start Date: 10/26/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 12 Hours
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM | Every Other Weekend
EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Active RN license (WA license or eligible for licensure)
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS or ENPC required
- Strong ventilator management skills
- Experience titrating critical drips, including sedation and vasoactive medications
- Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips independently
- Must be comfortable taking full Med-Surg assignments and floating between ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Unit Details:
- Combined ICU/Med-Surg unit with PCU capabilities
- ICU ratios: 1:1 or 1:2
- Med-Surg ratios: 1:5; pediatric patients may be assigned at 1:4
- PCU ratios: 1:3–4
- Patient population includes respiratory distress, ventilated patients, medical, orthopedic, abdominal surgery, and occasional pediatric cases
- No call requirement
- Must float within Region II if needed, including facilities in Lakewood and Tacoma, WA
- Any color professional scrubs accepted
- Holiday rotation with permanent staff
