PAY:

Traveler Pay: $2,925 weekly ($25/hr on w2 + $1950/week Stipend) for 40 hours.

JOB DETAILS:

• Position - RN Case Manager
• Location - 27700 Medical Center Rd Mission Viejo, CA 92691
• Duration - 13 weeks contract
• Shift - Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
• Weekly - 40 hours

REQUIREMENT:

• Must have at least 2-year acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination recent experience is a must, within the last 3 months
• BLS, ACLS
• California RN state license required
• EPIC required
• Local candidate are not accepted 

Job Description
• Start date: ASAP
• Floating Expectation: Float to the Laguna Facility
• Ratios: 1:25
• Years of experience REQ: 2-year acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination
• First-timers accepted: No - requires travel experience, HARDSTOP
• Weekend REQ: variable 5-day workweek with department operations occurring 7 days per week. Days off will vary and are not guaranteed to be back-to-back, although every effort will be made to schedule consecutive days off when possible
• CA state license: Yes
• Pending License accepted: Yes, but must be licensed upon start date
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
