Travel Home Health Physical Therapist – CenterWell Home Health, Urbandale, IA
Position Summary
You'll treat patients in their homes across the Urbandale and Des Moines area for CenterWell Home Health on a full-time travel contract with Ardor.
This is a 13-week travel Home Health Physical Therapist role, with extension possible, with CenterWell Home Health, a Humana company, in Urbandale, Iowa. You'll work a full-time weekday schedule (40 hours/week), evaluating and treating homebound patients recovering from surgery, illness or injury, and helping them stay safe and independent at home.
New graduates and therapists without previous home health experience are welcome to apply. You'll have support from the CenterWell team and Ardor's 24/7 clinical support while you build your skills.
