Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel outpatient contract with ATI Physical Therapy in Suwanee, Georgia.
Position Overview
This is an outpatient orthopedic PT opportunity working with patients across a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries and post-operative rehabilitation needs.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care and provide progressive treatment focused on restoring strength, mobility and function while helping patients return to work, sports and everyday activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform PT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation
- Therapeutic exercise and functional strengthening
- Mobility, balance and flexibility training
- Manual therapy when clinically appropriate
- Develop and progress home exercise programs
- Patient education and injury prevention
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with the outpatient rehabilitation team
