Job Description:

Position: Mammography Technologist

Location: Weymouth & Easton, Massachusetts

Setting: Outpatient Imaging Center

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
Approximately 8:00am-4:30pm
Shift times may vary slightly
Primarily based in Weymouth
Occasional coverage in Easton with 24+ hours notice
40 hours per week

Travel Pay Package:

$3,662 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

Local Pay Package:

$3,280 per week total

Overview:

Perform both screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
Operate Hologic mammography equipment
Perform 2D and 3D mammography imaging
Work independently in a busy outpatient imaging environment
Utilize EPIC charting system
Travel between Weymouth and Easton locations as needed
Provide high-quality breast imaging services while maintaining patient comfort and safety

Requirements:

ARRT (M) certification required
Massachusetts Radiation Control License required by start date
Hologic experience required
Minimum 3+ years of Mammography experience preferred
Comfortable working independently
2D Mammography experience required
3D Mammography experience required
Documentation of at least 8 hours of training in both 2D and 3D Mammography required
Diagnostic Mammography experience required
Screening Mammography experience required
CEU documentation covering the past 3 years required by start date
TB test within 1 year of start date required
MMR documentation or titer required
Varicella documentation or titer required
Tdap within the last 10 years required
