Description
Job Requirements
- Position: Pharmacist – Acute Care Hospital.
- Experience: No new graduates; prior pharmacist experience required.
- License: Active California Pharmacist license required.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
- Experience preferred: Sterile compounding experience desired; oncology infusion experience is a plus.
- Education/credentials preferred: Pharmacy residency and/or BCPS preferred.
- Charting/technology: Cerner with Omnicell dispensing cabinets.
- Patient population: NICU, pediatrics, adults, geriatrics, and oncology.
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, varied start times of 5:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 10:00 AM.
- Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend and holidays required.
- Floating: No floating.
- Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed.
- Facility: Level II trauma, acute-care setting.
